Wow ya'll have me so intrigued! I just went to Bill's website and asked about a hundred questions. I'll be ordering one of the Igos I'm sure. I too am coming from a regular KR808d-1, (V2). While those are okay, they have to be charged so frequently it's becoming a real hassle. I don't like driipping on an atty, either - totally NOT my thing. I also had no flavor when I tried that. I'm an "all about the flavor" person. TH is nice but doesn't matter if the flavor is there.
Hoping to get the flavor that everyone raves about with these TOL juices. I order them and the flavor is either not there or just so-so. That's even with a blank never used carto.
Happy I'll be able to use the cartos I already have, too.

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to get back to vaping permanently, but I've not been successful thus far. I know eventually I will get there, since when vaping is good,it's really, really good, and I know I'll get there with the right settup.
I've got a few questions:
1) what is the voltage of the IGO? is it a regulated batt?
2) Which are better cartos IGO or Echo? I know this can be subjective but would appreciate any input

I have been trying the Echo auto and find that the carto only lasted a day, then topped it off and it has a rather funky taste to it. I'm not sure if it's something that I've done wrong or just the carto?? Today,I'm trying an echo-e carto on my ego batt I have, and it tastes really good; I just topped it off and still has good flavor. I may have topped the other one off when it had already run too dry and just ruined the carto? Is this possible?Has anyone else had probs. with echo carts after you top it off?
Also, What's the name of Bill's site?
Thanks for any and all input in advance:)

The IGO comes off the charger at 4.2 and remains at 4.2 until recharge time just like the echo-e.

The life of any cartomizer depends on the type of juice used. Cartomizers won't last very long when heavy, thick or carmal type juices
are used.

some folks get 2 days and some folks get three weeks out of a cartomizer before cleaning.

Cartomizers must be kept wet to insure a long life.

I top mine off often thru out the day when I am at home.

Southernbelle, I know what you mean about the KR808's. Seriously, you'll love the IGO, it's just great....I can't say enough. I can't say enough about Bill's service either, his service is very personalized, he just loves serving us!!! I think it's his hobby really! lol

I'd like to hear more about the tank; how long have you had yours? No leaking probs? This is all I hear about when people mention tanks, for the most part anyways.
Thanks so much Bill and funtbtango for addressing my questions..

I love the tank, I'm not a technical person so I really can't explain all this. I just know I feel the tank and go!! lol Mine doesn't leak, well, one time but it was my fault. I took the cart apart and didn't get it put back right. Once I fixed that issue I was good to go!! I've had the tank since the beginning of September and pretty much that's all I've vaped! Waiting on my second one and more carts for it!!

I was getting some flooding & leaking (from the battery connector). After reading through the thread on the syringe mod I realized I was making a couple of mistakes. I filled the carto before putting it in the tank and I was drawing too hard for the size of the hole. Rather than change my draw style I cut a skinny piece of carto condom to cover part of the hole and voilà!

I have the IGO 1300 and it is AWESOME. Bills service is second to NONE!!!
I had a big supply of 808 stuff so the IGO was an easy and smart choice. Although some of my 808 carts dont work.(xl carts from NHALER). But im guessing thats a connection thing. My carts last a good week of constant vaping and filling before I clean them. And I vape alot!!
I use Tasty Vapor doublers mixed with 100% VG nic juice from Bluemist vaping.
Not to mention the batteries last me about 12 hrs each before I need to recharge. Another BIG PLUS!!!

Still thinking about this..... so what type cartomizers should I get as blanks? What would give the best flavor to a person who seems to have problems tasting certain juices everyone else raves about? It's not that I find flavors nasty it's a problem getting the flavor at all. I'm coming from V2 batteries and blank cartos, so I'm wondering if that is the problem. Would a low R carto help if I get an IGO?

Got my IGO today!!!. This thing is amazing. I was also using V2 cigs slim batteries but with Ikenvape LR and Bloog MF cartos. First impressions on this thing are awesome. Huuuuuge vapor and massive throat hit that make my slim batteries look like toys. No more labored loooong pulls to get small vapor. Also, flavor really comes out with the IGO. I previously thought that I just didn't like tobacco juices (weird since I loved tobacco when I smoked). They came off as either stale or bland tasting. With the IGO, the flavor of the juices I has put in the "emergency only" pile has come out and is actually good!. The IGO has saved a number of juices that I might have otherwise thrown away because now I can taste them. Now this initial impression is based on my using Ikenvape LR cartos with the IGO battery. I have not used the IGO cartos yet as I am waiting on an order of my favorite juices to come in, and I want to use those delicious liquids for the first fills.
Thank you Bill for great customer service, fast shipping, providing an awesome product, and looking out for us who are unsure as to where to go in this seemingly overwhelming world of vaping.
