Hi everyone.
Well Im nearly 3 weeks into my E-CIG and have at last found the answer.I havent smoked "real" cigs, for well over 2 weeks now :).Anyway the point I want to make is that being a previous menthol smoker I found the menthol carts not that great IMO,and so added a drop of peppermint essence, they kind you buy from the supermarket for making cake's,(uuummm another sore point, eating more lol),and I am now wondering if I could use other types of flavors on the reg cart,i.e. Brandy, vanilla or whatever,or do you think it would damage the thing in any way?.This question may have already been asked before,if not then any opinions greatly received.

Congrats on not smoking for over 2 weeks - :)

Yes you can use other flavors - just make sure they do not contain oil. If you do a search for Bickford you will see the many different flavorings that everyone is using.

I have gotten the Vanilla extract from my grocery store and a few cake flavorings from my craft stores.

Hi Dee, I'm not sure about this myself, I would like to know too as food flavourings are easy to get hold of whereas Bickfords seems quite difficult to obtain in the UK.

Do bear in mind though that we will soon be able to get Johnson Creek Smoke juice via Smokester at Electronic Cigarette | Free Yourself... | e-cigs Welcome (they seem to be out of stock at the moment).

Congratulations on not smoking for over 2 weeks!

You know... if you're e-smoking it shouldn't necessarily make you eat more. People normally eat more when they quit smoking because they have nothing to substitute the cigarettes they would be having - but we do, because we're still 'smoking' something.

Just a thought.

What Spider said plus the fact that the nicotine is the one that reduces your cravings for food/sweets. So, if you use e-liquid with nicotine, there should be no difference in your eating habits.
