Where can I get those high quality PG, VG, Nicotine, Flavoring and accessories for D.I.Y e-liquid? Any recommendation? Hopefully those vendors provide international shipping...

I don't know about international shipping but, you can get nic PG, and VG from Box Elder Chemical Supply and they are having a sale right now. I'd go to healthcabin for flavors if I were you.

Ugh, sorry, the better nic vendors I know of don't ship internationally.

Totally Wicked in the UK may be able to help you. Not the best prices, but known for quality.

Health Cabin (.net) has quite a few DIY supplies, but I'm not absolutely certain of the quality. (They do have a flavoring that is a staple in my DIY cabinet.)
