I love Alfred Hitchcock type stuff. It's the blood and guts that I hate. They use gross to scare you and gross is just gross!!

That's why I like Stephen King......some of his books are scary but not gross.

I am reading "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins. It's good but it has a bit of gore in it, but it is good!

I had to put a few of his down - not so much horror as depressing. Sole Survivor was one. I liked Dark Rivers of the Heart - on audio with a good narrator - still 'dark' though.

That one was sad. Haven't read the other.
