I'm very positive and tough so I'm coping well with it. Can't speak for family and friends though.

It's hard on those who love you. In time they will feel better about it as you get back into your routine.
I hope they do. In a way I'm looking forward to my routine of going back to sea!

Mentioning chocolate makes me think of the Chocolate Diva. Haven't seen her for ages.
Sea Wolf... Congratulations on finishing your therapy. I have a video of my mother in law's bell ringing day. For months she watched other people ring the bell when they were done with chemo and talked about how she felt like the day would never come. The day she rang that bell she had the biggest smile and actually laughing.
