I was stumbling all over 'quit you like men,' so once again I headed over to Bible Gateway. As usual, I checked out more than one translation, but I've got it now. 'Be cautious...watchful, stand true in the faith, be a man....be brave, and be strong.' Yep, that covers it. Sometimes I have to dig for truth. Inquiring minds, you know.
