that is just a dse-905 which you can find from many of the vendors registered with this forum. I have a v2 that worked fine for me but I know some people had problems with v1 and v2. There are 3 or 4 versions that have been released of it. If you decide to get one make sure you get it from a vendor that can be trusted. Off the top of my head I know that LitecigUSA and madvapes both carry it.
