I just would like someone to reccomend a PROVEN THROAT HIT,...(What I really desire) Been getting savy with the info by the way / Did my research.
**36 YEAR CAMEL SMOKER (for one year + I've been making my own with DRUM tobacco,...insist on the best I guess)
** Would like to DRIP?....However,...Damit,...I must quit this crap (smoking) soon.
** THROAT HIT ...probably one of the most important I guess
** Would favor regular size MINI...just for the fact that I think I should REPLICATE the real thing as much as possible.
Am working on quitting.
I"m almost sure you guys are going to steer me away from the MINI because as far as I'm reading, it just wont satify.
MINI APV.....? Probably dripping would be in my best interest? because of the many options.

** Was thinking of a 510?...APV?...( I hear I can upgrade and interchange stuff)

** Don't know where to buy (if whatever you Vaporians reccomend)

Anyway,....Thanks Guys & Gals! Bryan...Soon to go vape,...for sure

Ok this may not be exactly what you’re looking for but Ismoked camels for 40 years and was a heavy smoker (1-2 packs a day) and I havebeen analog free for almost two years now and here is the rig I've been usingfor the last year.
Notcigs - Buzz Pro 510 with a Torpedo Tank using 2.8-3.0 CE2 carto's
I really only vapethe Camtel ultimate at 18mg nic and 40pg/60vg I get it from http:\\Freedom Smoke USA

Now as far as throat hit is concerned, that is going to depend on the e-liquid and what percent of PG/VG you are using and the amount of nicotine. The more PG the more throat hit and flavor and the more VG the more vapor you will get but it tends to dampen the flavor. So you will have to experiment with the ratio of PG/VG to get what you personally like. Hope this helps.

I started with the kit below and their RY4 juice included with the kit. I did 24mg strength, and it kicked me the right direction. I only finished half the bottle because I got hooked and tried many juices...I can't stand tobacco flavor now. Would never believe you if you told me that would happen. I didn't believe when people told me. The kgo itself is the size of a bic for the most part...it's NOT too huge. Took me all of a day or two to get used to it. I prefer cartos to dripping for a beginner because it has to be easy to make it work. Plan ahead, have BOTH batteries charged and handy, and at least three filled cartos at all times. DON'T wait till you need it to work on it...it's more work than hitting a gas station for camels. It's worth it. It gets easier.

Will try NOT to get long winded here..lol...I am unemployed / no job / $400 left to name...(minus & counting / soon to be living on credit)...ANYWAY: (not your problem):
I'm picturing (when one says TANK?) a huge bottle! Suppose I know I need to get more savy here and research...no doubt. I was looking at YOU TUBE and their tests (Vapor BIG) At first I narrowed to 2 units GREEN SMOKE $130 & NO CIG $40 (these are starters and use pre-made / filled cartos...I guess) The vapor comming from the NO CIG brand / model seemed great. (Now I'm more savy as to throat hit = Propelyn Glycol moreso) Almost that is why I'm thinking to go with DRIPPING myself. I'm not opposed to the pre-filled cartriges (as I hope that I'm quitting soon?,...yeah right) I'm sure they are still cheaper than SMOKE...Just keep em comming huh?
I just wanted to make a good choice (strong Throat hit) and something I can maybe upgrade. This seems to be the MID SIZE (bigger batts)...however I might feel that I'm missing the actual cigarette size for now....Either way (I guess) I might just be embarking on a such a new experience (with the bigger / fatter units) and forget about the cigarette concept altogether,...Hmmmm?
Pretty much (low $) want to do this right from the $tart,....That's every one I guess. Makes no sence to soon buy a dripper / Fatty / AVP / VV...etc anyway (because I'm not getting the "punch").............Ya know?,............I'm sure

With your limited budget, you'll be wasting a lot of money buying the two kits you've mentioned. Given your smoking habits, they won't be good enough. I would recommend either the KGO or EGO Twist, a minimum of two batteries, cartomizers (Smoketech XL 1.7ohm for the KGO and a higher ohm for the Twist).

For e-juice I'd recommend that you buy four levels, all in the same flavor: 0-18-24-36. That way, you can fool around till you find the right strength. Buy small bottles because you may hate lots of the flavors you try until you find some you like.

Please don't go with green smoke or no cig. I feel for you with the money problems. No reason to waste what you have.

This might be too exotic for you but, I think the best starter kit out there for the money is this bolt starter kit at Madvapes. You get everything you need to use a tank except the juice. You should be able to go all day on one battery and a tank.

If that's a little too much for you, I'm sure others will come along with ego recommendations in a bit.

35 years smoking 1.5 packs per day of Camels. Last 20+ years: Camel Light 100s or Camel Blue 99s.

I haven't smoked a cigarette in over three months.

APV: E-Power 14650 (3.7 volts, regulated, uses inexpensive protected Li-ion cylindrical batteries)
Carto: Smoktech 1.7 ohm or 2.0 ohm XL
Juice: Wow Kamel 24 mg by Vapor 4 Life. This juice tastes a little like the Turkish Camel blend. It was a great match for me.

I got the E-Power 14650 from Hoosier last year. He doesn't stock them at this time. These outfits stock it:

Crystal Clear Vaping

Smoktech LR XL cartos: Cartomizers

Wow Kamel juice: Vapor4Life Kamel Wow Vapor Juice (30ml) - Premium Vapor and Flavor for E-Cigs | Vapor4Life

Good luck! It is possible to make the switch to vapor, even after 30+ years of smoking!

Have you tried going up a nicotine strength? What Strength of E-Juice are you currently vaping on? Currently I am very happy vaping with 18mg Tobacco Flavored and RY-4 . But when I first started vaping i was going back and forth from 36mg and 24 mg Juice. 36mg will for sure give you a nice "kick" in the back of your throat. Happy Vaping!
