Ran out of cartos and my ejuice didnt arrive. I vaped those old cartos dry. Had to break down and use some analogs for the moment. Hey I'm a vap newbie. BUT rest assured when those cartos and ejuices come in I'll be vaping like a train. And NEVER run out again. Ever...eva,eva EVA !! LOL
I told Hoosier I went through 10 cartos in 6 days when actually I went through 15. I didnt know how long they would last and thought I had time to get more. Oh well lesson learned. I really miss tokin on my Bloog real bad. lol. Hopefully everything will arrive tomorrow.

Things I've learned by using the analogs before my juice gets here:
-It was easy to slide back into them.
-The nic punch was much faster (but I know it's smoke, not vapor)
-They smell bad.
-I smoke 1 every 10 minutes while on the computer. 1 every 30 mins while seeing friends and 1 every hour while watching tv.
-I smoke ultra lights, but smoke VERY often.
-I suffer from major depression and the analogs make me feel more drained of energy.
-Instead of 6mg in juice, I think I need to bump the nic level higher.
-And finally how I MUCH I prefer vaping to smoking.

Oh mighty god of the mail service, please bring me my juices tomorrow. :p

You know you can refill cartos. Thats REALLY fast burning thru them

I don't think he had any juice, just prefilled. A good thing to do,is buy an extra of something and stash it away for a rainy day. Also, see if you have any local vendors that might extend pick up in case of emergency or have pick up service.

That is my worst case scenario right now. I'm just about a month into this and could very easily "listen to the dark side" so to speak. I don't know where you are located but many tobacco shops around here are starting to carry ecig related items. Might be worth checking into.

Otherwise, don't knock yourself out over this. Your stuff will arrive and everything will settle in quite nicely.

Yeah I had no juice to refill em. My order had ejuice and blank cartos in it. Believe me I did all I could last night trying to find a vendor here in the upstate of SC,but there wasnt any hardly. I found a dude on here that sells them here in the upstate but I was already down to no vaping anything. And didnt contact him. And ironically had spent my spare cash on the order I am expecting. D'oh !!!

I'm still a fresh vap virgin. Only 6 days into vaping and the thought of DIYing my own juice is confusing to say the least. I know what to put in it,but the measurements are pretty tricky. I'll get into DYI when I have vaped for a while and feel confidant to jump into it. Then I will save cash and also pretend I'm a mad scientist....bwah ha ha haaa. :p

Try googling e-juice calculators, there are a number of them out there that help with measurements. I use one called Easy E-Juice Recipe Creator. You put in the ingredients, say 24mg nic base, vg, flavors, etc, and can put what % of each and it will calculate what your nic strength will be (you can adjust % to get it where you want) and it will tell you how much of each ingredient to add, in ml and drops.

I felt the horror of possibly having to buy a pack if I don't get my e-stuff on time a few times, but so far have been proactive enough, so no analogs for almost 3 months. I also know that many gas stations and local cig. stores carry at least crappy disposables. Yes they stink and overpriced, but I'd rather do that for a day then go back to analogs. My recent discovery was that Sheetz gas station started carrying blu disposable and kits. What a releaf! Blu is not I what I would choose to buy for everyday use, but it sure beats the crappy disposables like Revolution and such.

To make you feel better, I wouldn't be too bummed if I had to use a few analogs after only a few days of vaping, but
once you are a few month smoke free I'd do anything to avoid running out of anything that can stop me from vaping.
A bottle of e-juice hidden somewhere is a good idea even if you prefer cartos.

Thanks hairball ( I hate calling someone that...yur probably a real nice person) In my searching I found those stores too. Unfortunately they are down south and I'm way up north in SC. In Anderson Co. It's a pretty long trip to Charleston or Myrtle Beach. But thanks for the detective work on my behalf.

You rock, hairball ;) Hopefully you can pick up something there soon.

I have been mixing my own since I got my first PV, it's not that hard. And I do have a Laboratory (emphasis on Bore, LOL) set up right behind my computers mwahahaha so with my passthrough I can vape attached to the computer while I play mad scientist and go "My Creation!! It's Alive !!"

DIY isn't that confusing, most recommend 10% flavoring and if you search the site, there is a nice DIY juice calculator that has gone through a lot of revisions. I have a lot of VG nic on hand that I got at on awesome price at goodprophets.

Why does everyone go right back to cigs when they run out of juice/batts/cartos/atties instead of trying commit lozenges that you can get at junk-mart or even trying the patch?

Thanks Balthezar! I'll start looking into that even before I'm ready to DIY. I'm actually quite the boyscout in the sense that I try to ALWAYS be prepared for something. This is just one of those occasions where it got the best of me. Bloog site says one carto will last as much as a pack of analogs and I was banking on that. Turns out that wasnt the case at all. More like half a pack or less.
