DIY isn't that confusing, most recommend 10% flavoring and if you search the site, there is a nice DIY juice calculator that has gone through a lot of revisions. I have a lot of VG nic on hand that I got at on awesome price at goodprophets.

Why does everyone go right back to cigs when they run out of juice/batts/cartos/atties instead of trying commit lozenges that you can get at junk-mart or even trying the patch?

Believe me I didnt want to go back to analogs. I even searched through the trash to find an empty carto that might have something left in it. I would have bought a cheapy gas station pack of ecigs but I spent all my spare cash on the order Im expecting. The analogs I had sitting in my room just in case the vaping didnt work out.

Yeah I had no juice to refill em. My order had ejuice and blank cartos in it. Believe me I did all I could last night trying to find a vendor here in the upstate of SC,but there wasnt any hardly. I found a dude on here that sells them here in the upstate but I was already down to no vaping anything. And didnt contact him. And ironically had spent my spare cash on the order I am expecting. D'oh !!!

Wish I'd known you were that close, I'm right beside ya in Pickens. Who did you find that sells them by the way?

Oh you so rock Wate !! I'm in Williamston. The site I found was called Crossroads Vapor. He is in Greenville I think and has a small website with the same name. The site is modest to say the least with about 10 flavors and no info on PG or VG percentages.

Yeah I sorta got that feeling after a couple days of vaping. Thats why, in my order that I'm expecting, one of the juices is 11mg instead of 6mg. Maybe that will help some.

6mg? wow, that's low. I started with 24 and just recently lowered it to 14. And I wasn't that heavy a smoker.

Try googling e-juice calculators, there are a number of them out there that help with measurements. I use one called Easy E-Juice Recipe Creator. You put in the ingredients, say 24mg nic base, vg, flavors, etc, and can put what % of each and it will calculate what your nic strength will be (you can adjust % to get it where you want) and it will tell you how much of each ingredient to add, in ml and drops.

I love the ejuice me up calculator- its just so easy no figuring nothing and its right on my desktop

I haven't gotten into DIY yet. If the results are anything like my cooking I'd might as well get an ambulance to wait out front. Was checking into it today but keep blowing all my money on vape toys so never have enough left to get started. One of these days I will get serious.. Would love to not be so dependent on the mailman - think he's figured out that I stalk the mailbox.

Actually, with the money you save DIY you can probably buy more toys. I spent $2.50 on VG at walmart (177ml), $9.95 on 30ml of 50mg PG nic, and then whatever you want to spend on your choice of concentrated flavors, which go a lot farther than the premade juices, and you'll have enough juice to last at least a month or 2, probably more, because 177ml VG and 30ml of nic goes a real long way, and you can thin the VG with distilled water if it's too thick, less than $1 a gal. Not bad I don't think (guess I'm a bit of a tightwad;))

Oh I can so relate to your post. Let this be a lesson to us NEVER, EVER run out of juice again. Kicking myself in the .... for breaking down and buying a pack of analogs. I've only smoked a few and I'll get back on track as soon as my menthol juice arrives. Until then, I'll vape this crappy juice I hate and smoke a few death sticks.

Yeah, but it truly reminds you why you want to quit. A friend got me started. I thought I would Vape and smoke for two weeks, slowly cutting out the analogs. After one day I knew I was done with analogs, I truly could taste and smell the nastiness and decided I was done. And they messed with the taste of my Vape. That is what keeps me on track almost three months later. I still have one last pack unopened sitting on my desk and I have no desire to do so.

Good luck.

Hey chatter97, nicely put. Good to see another GA vaper here. Been talking to a couple of others, and we might try to get together. Guess that's a discussion for another post.

At times like this, I'm glad I fiddle around in my lab. pnc81498 has the right idea, start small, get a little here, a little there, and before you know it you'll have more than enough on hand for emergencies, even if your backups run out.

I had a similar issue happen to me, its not that I under ordered juice but rather two of the four bottles I got with my starter kit were not to my taste. Instead of turning to analogs though I suffered through the nasty tasting juice until my package arrived. After losing the smokers cough and the stench I hope to never touch an analogue again.

Good luck, don't sweat the small relapse.
