I understand the whole need for TH and clouds and the whatnot, but I can smoke out my living room with 100% vg with 18mg nic. Mind you it's a russian 91%(yes it's not American. Can't help it) with a 1.4 ohm micro coil cotton wick. TH is quite strong. Of course my ProVari is set to 3.6v. 9.25 watts are enough for this cloud chaser.

Also mah has nothing to do with amp draw capability.
Technically not true.
Amp Hours x C rating = Maximum Discharge Rate

I just got my first Reo Grand. If you check on the Reo forum, I believe you need to stay at .8ohms or above until they get the sub ohm upgrade. There are lots of sub ohmers on that forum and they can advise you exactly on the Reo sub ohming.

Your fine until you go below .5Ω on a Reo. Below that will begin to sag or full out collapse the fuse spring in the Reo. (safety built into the Reo)

If you go below .7Ω you just need to maintain the firing pin more often with noalox to prevent arcing and voltage drop.

I vape .6Ω coils on a Reo everyday with no problems what-so-ever.

A forthcoming kit with an improved copper firing pin and more efficient fuse will solve all of these minor issues with sub-ohming on a Reo. You will be able to easily replace the firing pin and spring in existing Reos, and all future Reos will ship with the new parts. Rob (the maker) is just waiting for the parts to come in, so any day now...

On any issues regarding your Efests; You'll be fine and safe with them above .6Ω However, the voltage drop on the Efests at higher amp draws (above 4 amps) is horrendous from what I've seen. In other words: they hit and perform really weak on a mech. You'll be switching out those batteries because of poor output performance way too often regardless of their higher 2000-2250mAh. I'm not sure about the newest 30A Efests (purple) though, they haven't really been tested/charted yet due to being so new...

Don't go below .6 on the Reo until the upgrades come out. Also remember if you are going subohm that you need noalox on the firing pin to prevent arcing. I usually put a little on the battery ends as well. The biggest problems with subohm below .6 on the Reo is collapsing the spring and melting the del rin button due to heating up the firing pin.

Excuse me Anthal69,

I know this has nothing to do with answering any of the OP's questions and has nothing to do with the thread topic; but could you please tell us all what gear you are using and the superior level of satisfaction you are getting from it? We are all dying to know.

Okay then, carry on...

I wished it was an requirement to read Baditude's post #11 and study the threads before asking any sub ohm questions.

The reason I asked this question was to get information like his.....without asking a question how can one be expected to learn anything about the topic? When you search "sub ohm" with the search box you get topics about Halo eliquids and HHV.

Same is true with the Silver Bullet, it also has a hot spring.

I'm not trying to be difficult I just want to make sure I have my bases covered here. 3.7V divided by the .7Ohm coil. As long as the OHMS of my coil agrees with the chart posted on page 1 I should be "safe" to vape on my kicked SB? To be safe let's say I will not go below .9 or 1.0 ohms.

forget about the kick with sub-ohms. it either won't fire, or at best is a waste of time
