Hey guys, anybody remember Dan? He was one of my favorite youtube reviewers and have never seen anybody on here talk about him. Unfortunately, according to one of his last posts in September he is being sued by an unnamed big tobacco company for his use of the word 'real' in his branding, which apparently this company has a trademark on. Anybody know him personally or have any information?
