So... I have my lovely 808 but i've strayed to a Storm eGo-T... Don't worry, I'm still in obsession with V4L juices ^^

Anyway, is there a thread, couldn't find one, that states which e-liquids are dark? I can probably just guess based on what it is (like chocolate, for example) but with so many "other" hardware pieces having gunk issues with the darker (sweater/thicker) juices, is it possible to have them labeled as a dark juice?

Just curious, I know some that I would think are dark are actually light in color and probably would cause less gunk problems. Sorry if this seems odd... still figuring things out.

I am in the same boat. I have a tank system myself, still waiting on more tank-o-mizers to feel safe in playing around with flavors. Only one I know for a fact is dark is pretty obvious. VG Chocolate Shake. Clearly a "three draw gunk master". Only other one that I am worried about is the irish creme. The liquid is light, but the liquid feels thicker than normal(might just be me).

If I find any more liquids that seem to be in danger land I will let you know.

Hm, that's very helpful. My current addiction is WOW cafe mocha with hopes to try more of the chocolate themes and unfortunately i don't have the stash built up enough to avoid my only light one being cinnamon roll. In other words, no point in vaping roll then mocha because of the overpowerment.

I'd like to alter between the two because cleanings last longer if they are altered. Did try it, yuck, but there was a difference in production.

Still working on my collection, as funding allows, but thanks so much for the heads up on vanilla. I wouldn't have thought that one to be dark but it makes sense giving what the cooking vanilla looks like.

Three weeks and I've tried another companies peach and mango (yuck on both accounts, could have been a seeping problem though) and only have the two bottles of V4L I just described. There's still cartomizers for when i want to try what I got in my first order but the mg are so low in them (silly me for not figuring out mg during first order LOL) that i wont vape them regularly.

I think it may be the V.G. rather then the dark color. If you find your V.G. is too thick..drip a couple of drops of Vodka or distilled water in to lighten it up. After two years of V4l liquids, I haven't had any problems no matter what the color is. But then I don't use mods any more.

Vodka! ZOMG you are a genius! I was just in another thread where someone was asking about the 0mg. Already saw through my own research that it was possible to get an increased TH by adding drinking alcohol and suggested to try a drop or two in the 0mg... but i couldn't remember what they could add! LOL thanks! now the post can be edited.

I've been almost exclusively Cafe Mocha in my regular cartos, CE2's and my tankomizer... I have had to throw away only one blank regular carto due to a burn through in the polyfill... otherwise, I have refilled everything enough to go through 2 30ml bottles with absolutely no gunking up any of them...

...in middle america
about the juices...its hard to say. example: i bought a 30 ML of wOw espresso but its the heaviest tasting stuff but the most *crystal clear* juice i've ever seen.

already strayed to an ego-T? how long were you using the vapor kings/808s? your registration date shows Mar 2011....seems like some of the newest people don't really give it a chance.....maybe i'm wrong? i've been using the 808s/vapor kings since July 2010. i just don't like the rigs that don't look like a cig.

I agree about the cig appearance and V4L, in general, was recommended when I first started. I have short batteries so they don't last that long when on the go (college student here). I do plan on keeping the 808 around, but mostly as a back up. Cartos are not something I'm so great at filling... tried a few... fails because of various problems such as flooding and whatnot. Sure, what I did wrong could be fixed with practice... but then, I dont really have time to troubleshoot right now. Maybe in a few months I can sit down and fiddle with it better.

Anyway, I like the idea of a Tank... and it just so happens that an e-vendor is actually based in my town. They like local business and since they sold tanks, it made sense that it would be more convenient. The tank has solved most of my fussiness when it comes to refills and making sure I'm not going to burn anything out...I like that i can actually see the fluid level instead of waiting for the dreaded burning. As you mentioned, just quit analog, so my taste isnt quite as trustworthy. Carrying a bottle and dripping every few puffs i to keep it wet not my style. The regular/daily upkeep on the 510 is vastly different and imo far less.

I like my 808 for bar situations because it is cigarette-ish, thusly filling the physical feeling of holding a cig. the 510 is just too big/bulky to do that. Also, drunken refills are easier to screw on then drip into a small hole ;) My 808 is great for trying out cartos. Flavors I'm unsure of can be purchased in the carto form and tried, set aside in the back-up collection or used when I just need something different then the two flavors I currently own in juice. It is also nice to try before purchasing 30mL and so far seems to be working out. Figured out my (sofar) absolute favorite flavor is pineapple but there's none in juice form :(

the 808 still has its uses :) I just prefer the 510 for regular use.
