After having done this for 3.5 years, we've come to expect heavy delays during the holiday season. ...I cut them a little slack in December because they are so overwhelmed getting all these packages delivered. They generally do a pretty good job, and even during the holidays, the packages still arrive (even if it is "late" by most standards).

I'd agree with that... but it also seems like just yesterday that we were trying to think of a name. If it had been available, we'd be HotButton.com instead of Nicoticket. Would Nicoticket liquid by any other name taste as good? The world may never know....
