How do I not get redirected to a mobile version of this site? I hate the mobile version especially when my tablet will display the full deal.

What OS are you on? For Android, I use skyfire for most full size pages (there's a little toggle option for it). I believe that is available for iOS as well.
There are other methods for both, but that's my preference for browsing non-mobile sites.
I second Tapatalk but they're in the middle of a rewrite from what I understand so I'm not entirely sure where they're going w/ the tablet interface for it.
If you're using Android then even the stock browser can switch and remember what 'view' you want on a page. In the cases where the third-party browsers that support "browser identification" or "browser string" still don't work for you (what bladebarrier suggested above for example) then look for a browser called "Puffiin" in the Android marketplace. on android you can also use opera and set it to mobile view or regular view. what ive been using and its alright
