I received my new Reo the beginning of the week. New cartomizers arrived yesterday, and my batteries today. What's the problem you say? No juice!! I have orders from Halo and Tasty Vapors enroute...sigh.

It happens, I usually order some ejuice together with any major purchase of a mod or batteries, just to make sure I have some when my mod arrives.

Actually Pasco isn't too far from Vancouver, about four hours

Juice should be here soon, you can bet I'll keep ahead of it in the future.

You could get some VG and mix it 80% VG 20% distilled water and practice Os.
Hobby Lobby has Wilton Glycerine which is excellent VG.
Other stores may have VG also.
