Some of you may have read my issue on here before. I got a Vgo battery on sale from Darth Vapers, but it would not charge on my ego charger like i was told it would. Emailed back and forth with DV, did the pin pulling out thing, no go, never would charge. Talked with Jaime from DV and she said she felt really bad and would send me an ego battery instead (as they were out of the vgos by this time).
Today I got a lovely package in the mail with a handwritten note of apology for the troubles, a brand new ego battery AND an unexpected surprise of a new charger. This charger actually DID charge the Vgo (finnnally!!)
This to me is not just good customer service, this is above and beyond. Darth Vapers rocks!!
