I picked up my variety sample tin today. Gave all the juices a nice sniff, and some (well, most) smell very good! (especially Malibu!)
My question is, how do I interpret the "Best by..." days on the bottles? Off hand I assume they are dated "best by..." a year after they were mixed, but I want to be sure so this way I know how long I should steep them based on when they were mixed.
Here are "best by..." the dates on my bottles:
03/01/2013
02/28/2013
02/27/2013
02/22/2013
02/19/2013
02/12/2013
Looking at those dates, it doesn't seem like a year is accurate due to the dated bottles that precede today's date by over a year. So how much time do I remove to figure out when they were 'born'?
Thanks for any help!
