ya really going to like the green tea that will be mailed tomorrow, I have been vaping that non stop for the last few days. makes it had to do make new combos.

just letting everyone know my flavors are about 4 days late, looks like my mailman hasn't even dropped off in this part of town for 3 days. I'll have all orders out hoping at latest,thurs and that will include those that I messed up and need to reship.

How will we know if we will need a reship? Was the wrong orders sent to the wrong people?

Yeah I had some dekang green tea and it was alright, cant wait to try yours! Make sure you keep looking into some good black earl grey tea as well! Also help myself and others find the perfect vanilla flavor haha!

If you're enjoying the Green Tea then send it how ever you're making it now I dont have a preference on VG/PG amounts, just what ever taste best.

Creme de Menthe winner! Perfect! One I tried in the past some place else tasted like burnt coffee. I was going to give up on the flavor. Your sale made me have to order it. Glad I did!!! Perfect amount of menthol!

Fudge brownies ...Honest need more flavor. Don't like the current taste at all. Shook it and tried so hard to like it. As I love fudge brownies, wasn't happening.

Butterscotch ..Honest weak, needs more flavor. VG though ugh so probably not your fault at all.

Coffee..super nice chill vape. Strong n black mmM!

Khlua n Cream..Not sweet enough. Could be the VG

Cake Batter needs some serious work. Hardly any taste.

Still sampling. I had a drippy idiot attie n wasted half my double chocolate. Need to order more. When I have some extra money. That is the best chocolate ever!

I am really not sure what to do about the cake batter some seem to like it some really think it needs work. I personal feel that it is way to thin when I pour it and have been using more then 15% to just to get it so I can taste the flavor.
Also I am waiting on my French toast and some other flavors I had ordered last monday. The flavors I get from this supplier are great but the ship times suck. They shipped on last thurs. Then we toss in the mail man issues. I think the "Super" I talked to feed me a line I am sure I saw the same mail man when I dropped off a few packages this morning at 6 rolling out with all the others.........
So I you have a order with french toast I am sorry but I am going to have to wait till I get the flavor in. So I am going to toss in a free green tea with those orders.

I am sorry about the limited MG dose.At this point I am having to see what I want to do on this. I have now 2 shipments that are in customs on holds I am not sure why do to alot of suppliers saying that they are not having any customs issues. I am thinking I might have to buy for a supplier state side have sent an email to xtreme they were asking about how much I would need due to he does supply alot of others. I haven't gotten a reply yet.
If I do do this route after running the numbers I'll need to raise my prices a bit. I am at this point wonder if I should risk one more order for the lab in china due to being able to keep my prices where they are or to order stateside and add as much as a buck to buck 50 on some of the items.
I thank those that have stuck with me and let me have a chance to your juice vendor. I would like your input, cause it will effect you more due to the pricing issue.

If you are supplying the same quality juice as you have, I would say go with the state side supplier. An extra dollar or so is not going to make us or break us. But if we can not get the product we want, that may make people start looking around at other suppliers. Most people do not have a problem paying a little extra if they feel they are getting something for it.

Plus what you have invested that is sitting is customs you may as well consider a loss. So going to a supplier that can meet your demands will allow you to meet your customers demands. And if that is not the whole idea, I do not know what is.

I would say having the product on hand when people want it is much more important than not being able to get it even if we have to pay a little extra for it. I feel this way because if you dont have it people are gonna start ordering it from some other vendor that does in fact order it and may not even check back with you to see if you have it back in stock so ya I would definately say your customers would prefer getting it when they want it and paying a little extra for it versus having to wait or worse case scenario using someone else if you are out of stock on a particular item. Plus if you currently have 2 orders held up in customs I wouldnt think you would wanna take the chance for another one to be held up. Hope everything works out for the best for all concerned.

Your prices are still below what most other 'custom' juice mixers are charging. Even if you raised your prices a buck or two, I think you'd still be in line with the others. Your 4oz 0nic 'doublers' are only 11.50, and 30ml of 18mg is 12$ - that's really not bad at all, even with a buck or two added on to those.

As long as the quality and flavor stay the same, I think it's fair. And like Hangin1 said, you'd know you have the product without worrying about customs, which gives the customer peace of mind.

I won a contest on May 22. It was one 30ml bottle.
Took a long time to "ship". You said it would be shipped on June 1st and that you included a sample of butterscotch. You gave me a tracking number. The package haven't been scanned yet, so the tracking number hasn't updated. It's now almost a month since the contest and I have no clue what's going on.

I am sorry I haven't been on for a few, I have been ill and I refuse to touch anyone's liquids while I have a fever (when they say with a fever over 100 I can pass on what ever I had) or while vomiting. I have gotten better, not well but I don't have a fever and I can keep food down.
To marclap, you have been waiting and I haven't had any issues with while you have waited. I will go talk to the post master or the highest I can find to see what is going on.
This was one of the issues I worried about with shipping to canada, While talking to a postal worker they told me the number that is on the package is a customs label, they do not offer a tracking option.
I have also had issues with my stamps.com printing shipping labels out of the states it keeps bugging and giving me an error when ever I print a label so there is times where ya will see that I have tried to print 4 times at most.
So at this point I will be removing any out of country from my online.

But back to mar, I have on my site that I will not reship that it is up to you to order out of country knowing the risks of customs.
I will reship since you were a winner of a contest. I will post what is up with the post office first if they can find it or what not.

I also will address the post of my juice killing 5 attys since I am locked out of the review forums. My PG is very thin it is like water. Most of my vg is very thick. The mix of 50/50 I haven't every had any issues with it even coming out of the bottle with anything other then mild pressure.
The flavors that were ordered are a little thicker then pg, but not by much.
The only issue I can think of is that the attys were one of those that we have all had where it will not even take a few mls before it dies, or it might have had some more vg added to it to thicken it up/ add more.
I have had a lot of juice sent out and this is the first I have every heard that it effected the attys so bad it killed them.

I will also say that due to some of the things that are ruled in the suppliers rules I am not very fond of, and even through I don't use any other forum at this point, has made it so I am not on here as much as I use to.

I am finishing the last of the orders and adding my I am sorry it took this long to get everything done gifts.
