I know what you mean. I decided to venture into the world of DIY and ordered a bunch of stuff from her for the first time this past weekend. Got the shipping notice and decided to check the tracking two days later. The package was shown as being delivered to a PO in Nevada, so I emailed Dawn and asked her if she could double check the tracking number when she had a chance. She replied not too long after that the the PO had made a mistake and they'd go down and check it out. A couple hours later, I get another email apologizing (for the PO making a mistake!), and telling me that my package would be reshipped. That was in the evening. 2 days later, its sitting in my mailbox in Virginia Beach and its awesome, and it has all kinds of great freebies she tossed in (ok, I love suprises). Nobody has an exclusive on great products, but you really find out what the customer service is like when you have a problem. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
