Thanks everybody, im pretty proud of myself. i hadnt planned on quitting, i knew that i needed to but it wasnt until my 8 year old son told me that i stink and its because of smoking that i really gave it some serious thought. no more box wine for me. lol tht is a great analogy.

Seriously, I'd need a couple of days to recuperate, now I wake up feeling pretty good after a long night of indulging!

Agreed. My hangovers seem much milder since I quit the analogs. Rarely have a headache now which was pretty much guaranteed before.

About a week after I started vaping, I had a cigarette and didn't enjoy it. After two weeks of vaping, I had a cigarette and found it to be totally disgusting. I can't imaging smoking now, after vaping for two months.

its funny because once i started vaping i didnt notice a bad taste from a cigarette. then i got higher quality juice, the cigarette i had yesterday tasted awful, i couldnt even finish it.

Same thing happened to me. I just started vaping again after a year away (I got sucked back into cigarettes...yuck). Once I got my new gear, I smoked one cigarette the first day, and on the second day tried another one but put it out after a few drags. Haven't gone back since. Granted, it's only been a week, but I have high hopes. My husband smokes, so they're always available, but so far, so good. No cravings at all! I'd much rather breathe in apples or blueberry cheesecake or pretty much anything other than stinky smoke.

Congrats on dropping the analogs. I smoked for 40 years and I never felt better and my wife and friends tell me I don't stink anymore. All of the people on this forum are super helpful. Stick with it your quality of life with improve 10 fold.

From my limited experience I've noticed that some of the shops around me DIY their own juice, problem is that they either weren't really sure what they were doing or their recipe was a little off. I probably should have worded it as more reputable juice.

Congrats and welcome to the world of vaping! I started a couple of weeks ago with an eGo (which works great for me because I like the small size and simplicity) and was struggling with still smoking analogs. I read a lot here and got some tips from forum members and two days ago I refused that first cigarette of the day and just vaped. I haven't missed or thought of smoking analogs since, even though my co-workers smoke analogs when I am on breaks. A co-working of mine started vaping the same time I did and just refuses to give up analogs - I suggested better juices, maybe higher mg's but I don't think she is ready. I am sitting at 18 mg at work and 12 at night with a ton of flavors and a full backup setup. Welcome and have a great time vaping - I love it.

Welcome to a new world, i just finished contacting my state representative and senators about the family smoking prevention and tobacco control act, as well we all should, if we don't there might not be any vaping , when the FDA regulations come out , welcome again and good luck brother!
