Congrats on quitting! You definitely went whole hog going with the provari first, but I think it was a good choice - most people scale up pretty quickly it seems, so you will likely have saved money in the long run. I have found that for me, there is a definite learning curve. I got my first setup a few weeks ago, and of course, there are no instructions, so you have to research everything. I've already burned out clearos trying to dry burn incorrectly, so it's a bit trial and error in the beginning.
As for quitting smoking, my last cigarette was 10 days ago. The first three days were the hardest, but I used the 24mg liquid and adjusted my voltage for the best throat hit and I felt satisfied. Since you are getting the nicotine you crave, your brain has to just start associating the reward with the
vape instead of the smoke. It does happen and I can say now that I don't really crave the analogs as long as I'm not frustrated with my
juice or equipment. When I am really craving, I make sure I pull without inhaling into my lungs, then exhale or 'push' the smoke through my sinuses and out my nose. For some reason, it seems to speed up the nicotine absorption and helps end that craving fast!
Good luck from one noob to another.. you are starting off with all the right stuff and most importantly, the right attitude, so you *will* do this!
