Congrats on quitting! You definitely went whole hog going with the provari first, but I think it was a good choice - most people scale up pretty quickly it seems, so you will likely have saved money in the long run. I have found that for me, there is a definite learning curve. I got my first setup a few weeks ago, and of course, there are no instructions, so you have to research everything. I've already burned out clearos trying to dry burn incorrectly, so it's a bit trial and error in the beginning.

As for quitting smoking, my last cigarette was 10 days ago. The first three days were the hardest, but I used the 24mg liquid and adjusted my voltage for the best throat hit and I felt satisfied. Since you are getting the nicotine you crave, your brain has to just start associating the reward with the vape instead of the smoke. It does happen and I can say now that I don't really crave the analogs as long as I'm not frustrated with my juice or equipment. When I am really craving, I make sure I pull without inhaling into my lungs, then exhale or 'push' the smoke through my sinuses and out my nose. For some reason, it seems to speed up the nicotine absorption and helps end that craving fast!

Good luck from one noob to another.. you are starting off with all the right stuff and most importantly, the right attitude, so you *will* do this!

I've been a peep on this forum for a little while, doing the usual research/ education/ You Tube thing. 1.5 PAD for 20+ yrs and never tried to quit. I decided to go with a Provari V2.5 starter kit and a vivi nova V3. ETA 7-8 days, so I ran down to Electronic Stix this afternoon and grabbed a Kanger starter kit - 20 bucks. Still have a 1/2 carton in the beer fridge JIC. My daughter (11) is really excited about me quitting and to be honest, I am too. I'm all in baby!

electronic stix is always out of stock and sells cheap merchandise. I'm surprised they don't have fake Gucci bags to go with their line up. Anyway, you should order online from Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes, USA made E Juice, and Accessories They have all kinds of great items and a slew of great juices. The best part is they deliver in an average of two days! Literally, 1/3 of the prices at electronic stix. Plus you get a freebie every time you order from them. If you want to find deals on accessories, I suggest you follow www..........blogspot.com

Congratulations! Day 21 for me and going strong.

Make sure you find something that works and stick with it for awhile.

I too started to crave analogs when I got over board with too much voltage and burning up cartos/wikes. Now I have my two failsafe devices and one tool (trying a RDA).
