Hi all

Well, I have had my pv a little under 24hrs and am so pleased, since my first go with it I haven't touched a single analogue, I know it's only a day (compared to some of the tickers I see on here) but for me its an acheivement and I'm proud of myself.

Just can't stop looking now for more flavours to try.

Will keep you posted as to how I get on.

Trilly (still can't believe I'm sat vaping at work)

I'm proud of you, too. You are definitely on your way, my friend :) I'm at almost 12 hrs since mine got here, couple of hours charge, oh heck, I'll just start counting at midnight, so I have almost 4 hours LOL. I will prob go to my 'Lab' and try some flavor creations today. If you want, I guess we can keep track of our progress together since we got them at almost the same time :) We need to get our own trackers heheh.

You know, everyone on here with the tickers showing high levels, was at one time sitting at "just a day". That's one of the nice things about this kind of a setting. We all started in the same place, and we all proceed at the same pace - one day at a time.

While there are no shortcuts, there is the benefit of knowing that no matter where you are on the road, if the road gets rocky, there is someone that has already been there and made it through... And they're always ready and willing to help you through and back on the smooth road again.

Congrats on starting the journey!

Very wise, Michael, you didn't get that out of a fortune cookie, by chance? Just kidding. Sound words. I know we can all look to you for great advice, along with everyone here.

Sure and a great idea to have a vaping buddy. Just can't believe how much I have upped my fluid intake, I already drank at least 6 glasses a day, yesterday alone I upped it to 10 so will just have to keep an eye on it

Congratulations!
Every one of us have been there Trilly. That first 24 hours of no cigarettes and no serious withdrawl symptoms is one of the most important 24 hours in the whole process. I know in my case, prior to vaping, there would be no possible way I would voluntarily go that long without a smoke. So, enjoy this day. Circle it on your calendar in bright, happy colors. After that, its One Day At A Time. You'll do fine!

Best of luck!

I have heard that you do need to keep fluids handy. I go through a pot of coffee a day already, hope I don't need more, I'll float away :).

Ha Ha! I have my coffee right here as well. The loo is nearby too. LOL! Water seems to be better to me for hydrating.

Great job at quiting.... keep it up I have been vaping now since April and I qut the analogs on may 29th. I still once and a great while have one... but I do know that they taste terrible. I was a smoker for more than 40 yrs and vaping is much better in everyway. I will never be a full time smoker again. good luck

Hey Trilly I myself am only on day 6 and feeling great, like stated above it's just one day at a time. The only thing I have to get used to is not going outside the house to smoke anymore....lol. Find myself standing up of the couch and just pausing for a minute before I realize I don't smoke analogs anymore. Congrats and welcome to the club
