The day I dreaded has arrived (and is already halfway over!).
Yesterday, I finished the last cigarette in the pack. (Cheap, nasty Maverick brand). That was at about 2:30 in the afternoon. I resolved not to buy any more, though I was tempted to have some around for emergencies. I was so worried that when I woke up this morning, the e-cig would disappoint, and I would walk, filled with shame and self-loathing, to the corner store once again.
I did not have to. The e-cig was totally sufficient for me this morning. I feel no cravings whatsoever. Normally, by this time, I'd be coming out of my skin. I am so happy, I want to tell everyone I know. Shoot, I even want to tell total strangers!
