I've read plenty of stories where people smoked and vaped at 1st....then forgot to smoke. lol.
There IS a withdrawal period from cigs even while vaping. For some it's minor and hardly noticeable...for others like us...we notice it more. The good news is that it lessens with time. Also, once you give up the stinkies completely it will go away.
Once I quit "paralleling"...I think the withdrawal lasted about 2 weeks. I "toughed it out" knowing there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I even had the "minor cold-like symptoms" and headaches and restless sleep for a bit. You have to "detox" a bit. Cutting back gradually may even help. But you have to get yourself to that point 1st. So don't beat yourself up about it. And don't get put off by all the "I quit on day one" stories. Good for them, but you don't have to do it that way.
Also, check that your hardware is performing well and that you're getting the effect of that 24 mg juice. Just because the juice is 24 mg doesn't mean the device is delivering it well.
Good Luck! Don't quit quitting!
