Hi everyone- I recieved my first e-cig without ever searching this site, unfortunately, on the 5th of March. I got a Greensmoke starter kit with about 25 cartos. So far, I haven't really had a craving per se, I enjoy it and I have a bunch of analog smoking friends that think its really cool. I haven't had an analog yet, I don't think I will as long as I always have cartos and charged batteries.. Which leads me to my next step, I want to add another PV kit with a PCC. I like the GreenSmoke so far.. I've been on this site for HOURS the past few days doing research and reading reviews but I'm kinda just looking for someone with experience to just say, "buy this, and this and this" and you will be good to go! Thanks again in advance!

Tony

You'll get a different answer with each response, but I'm pretty happy with the Vapor King kit from Vapor For Life that comes with the PCC.

Also, if you use the XL batts you won't need to charge them as much, though they don't fit in the PCC if I remember correctly.

You may also decide to look into some of the battery mods available, that will give you such terrific battery life that the PCC isn't needed! Pros and cons to each approach, of course..

OK, buy this and this and you'll be good to go. That wasn't what you were looking for, was it? It isn't that easy. Each of us is looking for something unique. Our needs and tastes differ. What works for one, may not for another. Welcome to the quest for the grail.

yeah.. I've realized it is the "Grail" that we are all after.. It's out there somewhere.. I just have to keep digging.. Thanks!

I am not a expert but I am new to vaping as you are. I started out by getting a Kit from Cignot, they sell a pretty good 510 starter kit for about 35 Dollars. So far I love vaping and I am on my 4th day of no analogs. I am a 1 Pack a day smoker so I made the mistake of getting 0mg Juice. Thankfully the kit came with 5 carts with 24mg so I was saved until I got my 11Mg Juice.

I am very happy with the 510. Vapor production is great the only drawback about the 510 is that you have to learn how to refill it. Polyfill is not that great and any of the other Mods will take some time mastering. After 2 weeks i am getting the hang of things but I still flood my Atty and I have to constantly Refill my carts. Battery life is not bad but not great. I can get about 3 to 4 hours depending on how much I vape. Sometimes I kill a battery in 2 hours if I am chain vaping. 510 Attys are work horses from what I can gather so far. They last a good bit and deliver a nice hit of vapor all the time. for the past 2 weeks I been alternating between the 2 attys and they both are working just fine. Im hoping to get about month and a half out of them before i start doing cleaning on them or what not. Also one last thing to notice about 510 attys is that there is a Break in time.

With that said, I decided to Order a VK from V4L. They use Cartos and are more user friendly when it comes to refilling and how long one cart will last. The VK should be here Mid next week so I will let you know how that goes.

No the following is a personal opinion and some people might not agree with but here it goes:

From what I have seen so far 510 style PV's are more aimed at the power user, meaning those who like to tinker with their equipment as well as get a more customizable experience while vaping. They also have a bigger learning curve.

Cartomizer based PV's are move Noob friendly. But they also offer to a certain degree some customization. I will be able to tell you more about Cartos once I get my hands on some. Hope this helps

Happy Vaping

I wish you luck in your quest! One thing I've learned so far is that a PV does not have to look or feel like a cigarette. I started with 510s partially because they are a lot like having a cigarette in your hand. Once I got beyond that, I was more open to trying mods that don't look like a cigarette, don't have a charger that looks like a cigarette pack, but offer things that the smaller PVs can't. Just a thought anyway, doesn't cost anything to browse ;
