Day 1 was a partial day and barely counts... :vapor:

Day 2, yesterday, was great! No analogs and I vaped about 20 times from morning to bed time. I did not have any cravings for an analog. I worked on my dragging/inhaling technique and happy to report no sore throat or cough today!

My battery lasted 13 hours yesterday and may have kept going, but I put it on the charger at bed time so it would be ready for me today. Gave my hubby the other one and he is doing great too! He had one analog smoke this morning, but that was it!

Day 3, drawing/inhaling technique improving...no coughing or sore throat. I am using it less today than yesterday, which really surprises me. Still haven't used up a whole carto yet!

We are super impressed with this product so far. My favorite flavor so far is Blueberry. Second favorite is Kamel. We also tried Tequilla, Pina Colada and Choco Banana. Neither of us are too fond of the WOW Cowboy, I found it harsh and burned my throat.

So, juice is not returnable (even if unopened), right? We were silly and ordered a bottle of the WOW Cowboy and really don't want it.

One thing I noticed last night, I had the HARDEST time sleeping...could it be related to starting to vape or quitting the smokes? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks guys, you are the best!!

Ya Wow Cowboy is not for the faint of heart, but the closest to an analog that I've had in tobaccos. Juice is not returnable but you can always go to the swap sticky at the top of the page and trade it for something you like.

Sleeping can be a challenge the first couple of weeks, you have a combination of things going on as you mentioned. Difficulty sleeping the first couple of weeks is common, along with dry mouth and sore throat.

Sound like you are doing just fine Katalyst, every hour is another battle won on the road to victory.

Doing great Kat!!

Everything sounds normal. You're body is adjusting. A lot of folks use lower nic strengths in the evening to help with the sleep thing. It's easy to forget Nicotine is a stimulant. That said I actually vape more at night, but everyone is different.

I think after a week or so you're body will have eased into a new rhythm and the sleep thing should work itself out.

Most people's taste for flavors changes as they progress. Your taste buds will change as you stop smoking. The chemicals in cigarettes change your cells i your body, and some slight discomfort may happen the first month, just keep vaping and soon you might just hate real cigs, you're off to a good start. Wow Cowboy is one of my favs, Cowboy premium is my goto vape, and I went a couple weeks of not liking it, very depressing, but I'm loving it again. Those cigs really played havoc on our bodies. You'll be just fine, keep it up!! It only gets better.

Congratulations on your journey! It just gets easier and easier. Maxwell is right, your tastes will change as you continue and learn about your vaping preferences. I tried WOW Cowboy early on, and didn't care for it by itself; now I use it to add tobacco flavor to other flavors. I just had to sweeten it up a bit to really enjoy it.

You'll get there, you're doing great!

Awww, thanks guys. I am so conflicted, I want to order and utilize the fam promo but the minimum order makes it tough. I have no idea what I like or what my nicotine level should be yet. Since my whole family is getting in on this thing, hopefully we can pool together and get some sampler packs in all different levels from 18-0mg. We all want to get off the nicotine eventually too.
