Day 4...I feel great today!! I slept wonderfully and did not cough even once yet so far today! My lunch tasted AMAZING (I have been starving the last two days) and I have not even wanted a yucky old analog.

My Hubby has been vaping for two days and doing great, cut down from 2 pad to just 4 or 5 analogs in a day.

My 4 year old son is super happy that I gave up the stinky cigs and thinks my PV is cool. I had trouble explaining to him that it is still not safe for him (he wanted to try it) and that he must not touch it, even if it is "beautiful".

I am still on my first carto. It still puts out vapor but isn't tasting quite as good as it did at first. Not too sure when to call it toast, as it doesn't taste burnt like you all have described. I am just shocked the carto has lasted so long. I have swapped cartos just for the sake of flavor sampling.

The best part...YOU!!! This is a super great group of folks and I don't think the last 4 days would have gone nearly as smoothly without this forum and all of your support.

I have placed three orders in the last week and am singing V4L praises to all who ask about my PV!

As soon as I notice any drop off in vapor, flavor, anything... time to refill it or toss it. I burnt a few before I figured that out. If I vape it till it burns... it goes in the trash. It's not like they cost much.

Sounds like the hubby is doin great. I was still smokin up a storm until I ran out of my analogs, vaping and smoking. I kind of purposely kept up with the smoking, I wanted to kill the inventory and go smoke free, didn't want any in the house at all when I made to move. For me, it was finish the analogs, and if I had to have one it would mean another pack, another ten bucks, and a trip to a store. That was an obstacle I WANTED to place in front of me. If I had a half pack hangin around... too tempting.

You have the perfect mindset to make the transition Katalyst! Time to change that Carto....it's done. In a couple of weeks be prepared to go through some really strong cravings. All those addicting inhibitor chemicals the tobacco companies call "customer retention enhancers" will be going through your system. I can't prove it but I believe these lurk in fat cells and take a couple of weeks to flush out, bringing on strong cravings during the cleansing process.

Thanks for the warning Snow...just gotta remember to stay strong and have a charged batt and fresh carto at every turn (not to mention my laptop). Getting zits on my face this afternoon...yuck but still better than smoking!
