Well, I still can't stop smoking analogs, but feel so happy that in 3 days I've already cut down from around 22-25 to just 6-7 without the slightest effort! (And 2-3 of those are in the evening when I'm enjoying my wine and become too mentally lazy to smoke e-cigs even though its actually ridiculously easy to do so!)
I must say, though, that e-cigs just don't seem to give the same kick as analogs, especially in the throat and lung departments! Maybe that's because of the e-juice from bestecig, or because I am restricting myself to mainly zeros with an occasional 6mg or 11mg.
Still, i do enjoy the taste of e-juice and I don't find that's at all a problem except during those crucial moments like after a meal! What is increasingly clear to me is that 90% of the time the actual tactile sensation of smoking is as addictive as the nicotine and therefore I am usually just as happy puffing on a 0mg e-cig as I am smoking an analog!
One interesting thing I have also noticed is that I have cut right down on my caffeine intake! Normally I drink maybe half a dozen cups of coffee in the morning, but now am happy with half that amount - and even that seems more out of habit than actual need! Anybody else had similar experience?
