Is vaping another form of Steam Inhalation?
Have any of you used this method to clean out your lungs faster?
Have any of you used any of the oils listed below in your e-liquid?

example: Steam Inhalation Directions, Tips, and Benefits | Aiyana Acupuncture & Chinese Herbs

If link doesn't work (or I can't post it), here is a quote:

How To Choose The Oils
For upper respiratory and sinus congestion try one of each or combine the following:
  • Peppermint 3-5 drops
  • Eucalyptus 3-5 drops
  • Camphor 3 drops

Rosemary oil! Eucalyptus and rosemary oils are always my favorites to clear my lungs and sinuses. Peppermint and camphor work too. But don't vape them. Oil is not good for your atomizer so probably not good for a cartomizer either. Just put a few drops on a napkin, a glass dish or even a no-longer-need-it-cuz-I-quit-analogs ashtray. Within a few minutes the smell will permeate the room and your breathing will improve. Use caution - too much and your family may complain. Honestly, just sniffing the bottle will help. Rosemary is my favorite. It's great for mornings. Clears the lungs and is energizing. I always use rosemary shampoo or bodywash. A coworker keeps peppermint oil in a 3 ml sample juice bottle. A few sniffs clears her sinus allergy headaches. Beats a pedipot or meds!
