Day Two

So I started using my 901 yesterday and am proud to say I only had 3 analogs all day, this is nice as I have been smoking 20-30. I am still trying figure out the dosing (as you can see from other posts) but all in all I am pretty happy. I am trying to adjust to breaking the routine of analog smoking but I am sure that will come in time. I appreciate eveyone on this site with their information and willingness to answer questions.

i havent received mine yet but i hope when i do get it it will help me around the house (i dont smoke in the house) if i can use it and not need to smoke analog at home ill be a happy camper

I'm thinking I should have follow Swipple's method of cutting down instead of just straight stopping. That being said I'm not craving a smoke so will only resort to it if I have too.

Even one or two a day is 10x less than normal

I knew the psychological/routine of smoking analogs would be tough to break as I work from home and use the excuse of stepping outside on the patio as a good enough reason to stop looking at the computer for 5-10 minutes. I was suprised that I did not have any of the irritation just feeling of something missing by not stepping out. I have a lot of faith in the e-cig, and am now just purchasing a couple of eliquids from a couple of different vendors to find one I like. Again I appreciate all of the input and insight from everyone on this forum.

I am also on day 2 of Ecigs and smoked about 1 and a half packs of analogs a day. Only had 4 analogs yesterday! Only trouble that I am having so far is that vaping seems to dry out my mouth and throat. Using PG atm, so I'm not sure if it's a reaction to that or maybe I'm just not used to vaping yet.
