Lot deal only.
  • 4x brand new/sealed Dbox PuriTank Glassomizer clearomizers
  • 1x used Dbox PuriTank w/box. I give this an 8/10 rating.
  • 4x replacement PuriTank 510 bases
  • 5x replacement PuriTank drip tips
  • 1x used mystery clearomizer (no box). I can't remember what this tank is called but I believe I also bought it from Dbox directly when I bought my PuriTanks. Polycarbonate tank with black metal covering. Similar vape to the PuriTank and like the PuriTank it also takes the Kanger MT32/SOCC coils made for the Kanger Protanks 1 & 2 and EVOD 1 clearomizers. I give this an 7/10 rating.
Price: $40 $30 shipped for the lot.
Shipping: USPS Priority Mail w/tracking. Ships to all 50 states.
Payment: Paypal F&F or CashApp. Paypal G&S welcome with $4 added to total price. (No notes whatsoever in payment whichever method you choose).

Do these take the MT32 coil or is that only the one used tank?

All the tanks in this lot take the Kanger MT32/Protank/Protank 2 coils and also the cotton version of the MT32 called the SOCC coils (not SSOCC).

Do you know if the spare bases fit the Protank 2?

The spare bases are for the Puritank and I don't know if they will fit a Protank 2. If you look up videos on the Puritank, you may be able to find your answer. There are still some videos on youtube out there. There may even be a thread here on ECF that has your answer.

I found some reviews and they all feel the PT 2 is better. When using the MT32 heads, the only real difference between the two tanks will be the air flow - which apparently is somewhere between the PT and the PT 2.

I will think about getting the lot to go into my stash.

How loose or how tight the airflow is on the Puritank depends largely on airflow cuts on the 510 of the mod you are using it on. For instance, the Puritank is a bit tighter on a Pico 75W mod than it is on the Kanger Kbox mod because the air cuts on the Kbox allow for more air to get to the 510.

People mistakenly think that the aircuts on the base of the puritank are what dictate the airflow but they were cut improperly (parallel to the air holes on the 510 and not up against those holes) so they actually do not dictate the airflow at all.

Also, I forgot. The air hole hole on the post on the top of the original puritank coils is much smaller than on the MT32 coils. That also is what dictates the draw on the Puritank. So the original coils will provide a tighter draw than then the MT32 coils. What you can do is keep the posts on the Puritank coils and use them replace the MT32 coil posts with these puritank coil posts...airflow will be tighter.

Thanks for the additional information. I would be obtaining them to go in my backup stash. I hadn't thought about the possibility that the air holes near the threads on the tank base might affect the flow. The MT32 coils would actually be preferable for me over the Puritank coils.

I like the freer airflow of the Protank II. The mods I use are various Pico versions or occasional other Eleaf mods.

Well, you kinda have to prefer the MT32 coils since all you're going to get with this package is 8 total Puritank coils ;). Puritank coils are no longer made as DBox has been out of business for many years.
