The OP asked about washing cartomizers. He can get that information here.

I assumed the OP burnt the wicking material inside the carto from the description given of the drying method used and the follow up comments that were made by the OP about the taste and how his lungs feel after trying to vape it dry.
I'm not aware of any method of resurrecting a burnt carto which lead to my suggestion of replacing them.

It was not my intent to sound rude or pushy.

I didn't think you came across as rude. I agree with you on all counts. Considering we spent at least $5 or more A DAY on cigarettes, $2 every 2-3 weeks on a new carto doesn't sound like much. However, the OP is in a far different situation than we are. E-cigs are illegal in many Asian countries so the supply is pretty sparce. Ordinarily I wouldn't waste my time or trouble trying to recyle carto's, but I can understand why the OP needs to.

Once a carto has been burnt, though, it's no good. You'll never get that burnt taste out of it no matter how well you clean it. NEVER dry burn a carto; totally different system than clearomizers or vivi nova tanks.
