Just get different colors, or different caps. I've got several that look alike.

It's kinda like vape roulette

Or become a vape nerd who can tell what's in a tank just by the color of the juice

I use different drip tips. I also have several different kinds of tanks.

The easiest thing is to just get a few tanks and keep them filled with different flavors. I'm one of those that vape 4 to 6 different everyday and just switch tanks when I want to switch flavors. I have some favorites but I just need constant variety.

I started out with a tank setup (it was an Inferno starter kit from Volcano) and was annoyed that I had to discard a cartomizer if I hated a flavor. Sometimes it's almost impossible to get all of a flavor out of the filler material, even if you soak it in vodka for days.

I think the most economical way to have lots of different juices going at the same time is to get a bunch of bottom coil clearos like Kanger T3s. The short wick in them makes it easier to get rid of a flavor and fill it up with a different juice.

Drip tip is my fave but I like the little Nanos for trying new flavors or for a juice that I like but only enjoy for a short while at a time. It's bottom coil, no wick, only holds about 1 ml and so easy to clean, just rinse it out and put in another juice. It hits a little warm because it's so small but I like a cool vape so a little warm to me is probably not too warm for most. Cost usually $3 to $4 but I'm still using the same ones 4 months later.
Got a bunch of EVODs on the way. I finally tried one and so glad I did. They are also bottom coil, cool vape and easy to clean.

You can clean some cartos if the juice isn't too strong. Soak them in everclear/vodka and then rinse really well with distilled water (some use tap water). I've also heard that some people boil them but I haven't done that yet. Just remember to let them dry completely.

Good tip for keeping up with your flavors...small matching rubber bands around the tank and bottle.

I might be wrong, but I thought there were cartos designed for use in tanks that did not have the filler material inside, just the hole the wick and the coil.

Now that you mention it, I think you're right. I think they only became available recently. Maybe I'll go looking for some to try out.

Cartomizers that are used in tanks DO have filler and you have to prime them (filling them) prior to vaping with the tank.

I actually use electrical wire markers (it is a small book with numbered stickers for those that dont know. click here for one on Amazon ) and keep a small notebook with the number, brand, and name. Some I can identify easily by color and smell but, i have a few that are close in smell and color so it makes it difficult. This works well for me... at least for now.
