Sounds like you have an adequate electrical connection between carto and battery device (you were able to get an ohm reading on the Vamo).

Are you able to get a draw of air when you take a puff? By that I mean, the pull is not "stiff" or blocked? (unable to pull would indicate a completely flooded carto).

I would just experiment a little more with the voltage. You didn't say if the cartomizers are single or dual coil. Start low around 3.4 volts and work your way up in small increments until you note a burnt taste, then back down the voltage by 0.4 volts.

I'm assuming that the cartomizer does have holes in it to allow juice from the tank to go into the cartomizer as you vape.

This in particular. The number of people I've spoken with recently who've found missing or "short drilled" vent holes in various clone/copy devices has surprised me.

Yeah I can get a nice draw just little vapor. Its dual coil and has 2 holes opposite each other. Do u add more juice as its used or do u wait till its almost gone to fill?

First of all, the "punched" (juice holes) cartomizer needs to be properly primed, or pre-filled, before it goes into the cartotank. I'm assuming that you know how to do this...if not, we can advise how to do this. This is the most important step in a cartotank setup.

Once the cartomizer is primed, it can be put in the tank and the tank filled with juice. There should be no need to add additional juice to the cartomizer after this because each time you take a puff from the cartotank, the vacumm created in the carto causes juice from the tank to enter through the punched holes in the carto.

When the tank itself gets low on juice, you will need to add more. The choice to add additional juice to the cartomizer at this time is up to you - some people do and others do not.

I haven't used dual coils in over a year, as I prefer single coil cartomizers in my tanks. You may find that you have to use higher voltage with the dual coil cartos to get the vapor that you desire. Raise your voltage up in increments up to 5 volts and see if you get more vapor without getting a burnt taste to your juice.

Your Vamo reads the dual coils as 1.5 ohm, but in reality there are two 3.0 ohm heating coils in the carto. You probably need higher voltage to get them both to heat up enough to make adequate vapor. This is just one of the reasons that I don't care for dual coils, because they require more voltage from the battery and drain it faster than a single coil cartomizer will.

Im able to run my protank so I know my pin isn't pushed in andbit blows vape like crazy on 4.8. Just cant get this tank to work its fully primed just over half way full I think ill go to the store to see what im doing wrong

I might pour the juice back in my bottle. Trash the carto and order a j tank with some good prepunched cartos.
I think I replied to a similar thread that you made in the AltSmoke supplier forum. I wouldn't totally give up on your current tank. Ten drops of juice is not near enough to prime the cartomizer, and this is absolutely the most important step in setting up a cartotank. I provided a link to my method of setting up a cartotank in your other post, but here is the link again.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/3710-5-cartomizer-tank-setup.html

Do go ahead and trash that original carto. Firing it in a dry state likely ruined it, and you'll never get the burnt taste out of it. Start fresh with a new carto and prime it properly.

95% of cartotank dissatisfaction can be traced to a lack of knowledge on tanks/cartomizers and user error.
