DCTs That Actually lock?

I want to get some samples of Smoktech's U-DCT because they are supposed to lock the carto in place (allegedly). Just wondering if anybody knows, if those or any other DCTs, actually lock the replacement carto in, so it is not able to slide freely up and down.
