Dead Batteries, Bad KR8, Need Advice

The battery on my Firelight Micro continuously dies. Every four or five days I have to replace it. That doesn't sound normal to me and its extremely frustrating. The same for atomizers. I may have well just kept on smoking for what I am spending on replacement parts.

I bought a KR808 thinking it would be better. It's manual. At first, I put the cartomizer on, pressed the button and got...air. Tried charging and using the other battery...and...nothing.

Finally I refilled the cartomizer with a syringe and....double nothing.

I am very very frustrated this morning. I've spent quite a bit of money and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I'm perhaps most disappointed by the KR808, since I know there are people out there who use it successfully. I just can't seem to get it to work. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

...I haven't smoked a cigarette in a month but this is BS.

Can you tell if the cartomizer is heating up when you press the button. Usually you can hear something. I assume the cartomizers that came with it were prefilled? If you can get ahold of a voltmeter, you can take a voltage reading by going from the center post to the outside threads and pressing the button. I would think you should read at least a little more than 3 volts with the battery fully charged.
