So I accidentally dropped my mvp 2.0 today on tile floor. Fell from a sink to the floor, now my Lemo reads 0.0ohm and all other's read NON. Everything else seems to function right but it will not fire, fired once after the fall and stopped. Any suggestions. Guess this will push me into getting a new avp tonite. Thanks

Haha! Not to laugh at your misfortune, but I live in South Texas where the flooring is all mission style tile, upon which many a mod has met its end.

It sucks but the silver lining is that there are several awesome devices on the market that will make your MVP 2 seem like an antique.

Always keep a back up handy.

Most likely your contact pin got pushed down and won't come back up on its own. Use a small screwdriver to work it back up.

Your lemo might have the coil broken or is touching the metal and shorting out. Easy to fix.

Hell ya! Wiggled that pin on out pushed it back in and all seems well. Now I'll do that again once i find an o-ring for it and fix that problem. Thanks so much for the suggestion! :vapor:
Also time to build a new coil anyway. So good timing I guess.

Well pulled the pin up again, removed the old o-ring, though it didn't really seem to be that damaged. I took an old ego battery that the head had come off and took the o ring from that, it was quite a bit larger, inserted it over the mvp pin head, pushed it back down and seems to work like a champ now! For the most part it is reading ohm's right again, and vaping better than before now it has a good solid connection. Thanks all!
