Steep time 2+ weeks minimum, don't even taste it earlier lol
I do it with no extra PG, just VG. For ease of small-batch mixing, we could say that 1% = 4 glass eye-dropper drops per 10ml. That's how PG flavors generally measure out for me at any rate.
*This could be replaced with 2.5% TFA Absinthe Flavor, in which case you could eliminate the extra PGA, or 1 drop/10ml (0.25%) of TFA Absinthe Concentrate (anise oil), in which case you would have to double the PGA.
