I agree. When I read this story a few days ago I was shocked with the initial reaction from Provape. Not what I expected from the reputation that Provape customer service had earned previously. It was quite obvious that that kind of defect on the finish should not have occured after only a couple of days use.

Glad that Provape did step up in the end though to make things right. :thumbs:
