Kenny and Jennifer from provape contacted me. My ProVari is on it way to Washington to get a new tube installed. Thank you Kenny and especially the ECF forum. If it weren't for you guys I don't know if anything would have happened.
But i think you need to evaluate your employees because like Low said this customer shouldn't have had to jump through hoops they way they did. That was just out of line. So i applaud you for stepping in and doing the right thing.
I agree. When I read this story a few days ago I was shocked with the initial reaction from Provape. Not what I expected from the reputation that Provape customer service had earned previously. It was quite obvious that that kind of defect on the finish should not have occured after only a couple of days use.
Glad that Provape did step up in the end though to make things right.

I just got an email from ProVape that my ProVari is on it's way back with a brand new tube. As soon as I got the email I bought a clear Jwrapp though. I'm not taking any chances this time.
