First, (sorry for the length of this post) I would like to say I am here as a visitor. I am really impressed by the knowledge and sharing of this forum. I have a few question, but before that I need to give a little history of my vaping:
Week 1. Bought BLU cig from Walgreens.
Week 2. Ordered BLU premium 100 kit from Blu
Week 2-3. Ordered and received Zeus from Vapes for life
Week 3-5. Ordered and received Provari regular and Mini and Itaste MVP.
It took over a month to receive the BLU products, by then I had experienced other systems and knew I didn't want BLU. Tried to get a refund, but was told they no longer do refunds. I was ....... I was going to sell it, but my integrity forced me to give it to someone at work. I am pleased with my devices. For the most part. The Provaris are well built. However, while conducting a financial analysis, it have discovered a disturbing trend; the cost of the delivery systems! During this short time in Vapor land I have purchased the following:
1. 6 Vivi Novas
2. 3 Evods
3. 4 Protanks
4. 3 Iclear 16 clearomizers
5. 3 Iclear 30 clearomizers
6. 4 Vape only BBC (Bottom Coil tanks)
7. 2 Smoke Tech DCT Carto tanks
Through all of this, my quest of finding the right delivery system for my perfect devices is beginning to slowly outweigh the cost of the units themselves; and the fact is, they are inconsistent even amongst the same exact devices! This is truly unsatisfactory! Though I do have disposable income, I do not have disposable time! Having to worry about cracked tanks, leaky tanks, tanks with a vulnerability towards acidic flavors, 510 to ego, ego to 510 adapters and such is becoming a logistical nightmare! I have filled up two shoe boxes with enough accessories to open my own vape shop. I stay up to wee hours of the night in search of a solution. I am truly happy with the Provaris, but completely dissatisfied with the fluid delivery systems. If only, perhaps, Provari made their own delivery systems (and ensured quality), but they don't. However, you guys do make the "complete system". I am spending late nights alone, watching You Tube and such, in search of a simple, consistent and yet customizable solution.
Thus, I now find myself before you. Before I make what I consider to be a informed decision, I have a few questions:
1. Can the bottles handle acidic juices?
2. I like VV, but notice some people don't; why?
3. I like different flavors through out the day. Are the bottles easy to change?
4. If I push the button, please advise on some ATTYS for quick use, yes If I order, I'm still going to get the RBA.
5. Why do some say I need lower NIC levels?
6. Do flavored juices taste good in it?
7. Anything else to help me push the button; Thanks!

1. Can the bottles handle acidic juices?
DUNNO, but others will know.
2. I like VV, but notice some people don't; why?
VV IS GREAT. I HAVE A VV GRAND AND IT ROCKS, MANY REONAUTS JUST LIKE THE MECHS FOR THEIR EXTREME RELIABILITY. VVG IS VERY RELIABLE TOO, BUT IT DOESN'T DO BATHS LIKE THE MECHS DO. IT'S A LITTLE TALLER THAN A GRAND.
3. I like different flavors through out the day. Are the bottles easy to change?
YEP.
4. If I push the button, please advise on some ATTYS for quick use, yes If I order, I'm still going to get the RBA.
I USED SUPERSHORT 1.7 OHM CARTOS BEFORE SWITCHING TO RBAS.
5. Why do some say I need lower NIC levels?
DUNNO. I KEPT MINE AT 24.
6. Do flavored juices taste good in it?
DUNNO, I RUN UNFLAVORED NIC BASE.
7. Anything else to help me push the button;
IT WILL CHANGE YOUR VAPING LIFE. MY BEGINNINGS INTO VAPING WERE SIMILAR TO YOURS, EXCEPT I GOT LUCKY AND FOUND REOS BEFORE I WASTED MY MONEY ON EXPENSIVE TUBES AND ATTACHMENTS.
Thanks!

Bro, answers in caps above. Promise I'm not yelling :)

I've played the same game that you and have a few mods that don't get used much now, some costing more then the REO.
I'm not big on acidic juice so I'll have to say I'm not sure but I see a lot of REO owners using strong cinnamon flavors.

Bottles are pretty easy to change out even though I rarely do it since I have a couple Grands, but when I do I also change the wick which takes 2 minutes.

To me with all I've tried the RM2 from REO Mods is the bast RBA for the $ hands down, I'm looking to replace an ERA with another RM2.

The RM2 hits hard and is a great nic delivery system, I use 10 mg.

Do flavored juice's taste good it it? Well yes or I wouldn't be getting another RM2! :)

I have both the Grand and a VV, the VV is great and my first Grand I love it with a 2 ohm coil at 4-4.2 volts.
The Grand has become my every day and all day gear in my cell phone case with the right coil it just flat works and I can get almost 2 days from a charge with the 2000 mah 18650 the VV get home use only. My next Grand won't be a VV I'm good with the one I just like the simple easy to rebuild mechanical Grand, the rebuild kit has everything to do it yourself.

If you want an easy to use mod that has the taste of a dripping atty and 6 mils of juice onboard without the hassle of dripping push the button.
I'm sure you wont be sorry after what you have used to this point, and the resale value is high and pretty quick.
My third Grand may be in the very near future?

Another great thing about being a REO owner is the support from this forum and the mod master himself that will make sure your questions are answered and any help is always right here.

Welcome!

I see Russ "Coil master" beat me with a reply but I done typed it so I'm posting it anyway ;)

Thus, I now find myself before you. Before I make what I consider to be a informed decision, I have a few questions:
1. Can the bottles handle acidic juices?
Yes. They're the same plastic that juices come in from the vendors, so no problem. (They don't crack.)
2. I like VV, but notice some people don't; why?
super_x is right, the non-vv REOs are all mechanical and can take a bath under running tap water. They're just easier to maintain. And...with rebuildable attys, vv is not that necessary because you can wrap coils as low ohms as you need to be good on a 3.7 volt device. I personally LOVE vv because even though I wrap my own RBA coils, I like the consistent voltage I get from the VV.
3. I like different flavors through out the day. Are the bottles easy to change?
Yes. Unscrew one, put one on. If you change juices drastically, you may get some overlap for a few vapes.
4. If I push the button, please advise on some ATTYS for quick use, yes If I order, I'm still going to get the RBA.
Rob has attys and cartos on his site that will do until you get your RBA up and running.
5. Why do some say I need lower NIC levels?
Because you are liable to vape yourself silly since it's so awesome. :)
6. Do flavored juices taste good in it?
yes.
7. Anything else to help me push the button; Thanks!
REOs have so many fans because they're just that good. They were game-changers for most of us.

Hope this helps.

RBA's will change your vaping life. master the genny build, or go with drippers. either way (I use both) outstanding delivery systems. I have an all day vape, but like to change flavors a few times a day for short periods. I use the genny for my ADV and dripper for changing flavors.

I dropped nic level because with the bigger clouds, I was getting more nic. I had to drop to maintain the same volume of vaping time with RBA's. I was making myself nic sick.

1. Can the bottles handle acidic juices?
I haven't had any issues, I have had citrus and cinnamon juices in a couple of bottle for a month with no issues.

2. I like VV, but notice some people don't; why?
Before I got my Reo Grand I was using a couple of Provari's and an Evic. I was concerned about using a mechanical, but I figured that if I didn't like the drop off I could get a kick. I did, and still do, like the idea of having a PV that is repairable. With the reomizer 2 RBA I have found that I don't need the VV (with a lot of help here on how to wrap coils). Now my tube mods are expensive ohm checkers.

3. I like different flavors through out the day. Are the bottles easy to change?
This was a big concern of mine, before I was using carto tanks, and I carried 6 around with me with different flavours. It is very easy to change on the go. I just make sure that when I change the next flavour goes good with the previous one. I've been leaning towards strawberry as my transition flavour, it seems to work well.

4. If I push the button, please advise on some ATTYS for quick use, yes If I order, I'm still going to get the RBA.
Sorry, can't help with that one, all I have used is the RM2.

5. Why do some say I need lower NIC levels?
I'm not sure.

6. Do flavored juices taste good in it?
All I use are flavoured juices, mostly fruity flavours, but I also enjoy some bakery ones.

7. Anything else to help me push the button; Thanks
I got my Reo on May 29th. I received my second one this week. I have not used my other mods since (except for testing out my coils). If you do pull the trigger definitely check out super_x_drifter's micro coil thread.

Man, I would hate to be standing behind you @ St. Peter's gate! Walk in, Bro!

I vape lemonade and grapefruit in my Grand. Bottles, tubes all fine.

I also searched far and wide for a damn near perfect and reliable vape. Instead of searching the products tho, I tried every conceivable build (I know because I conceived many of them) in Gennys, drippers, and what not. This is it, Man, this is it.

Welcome, Navy4life :)
I am obviously biased, but figured I'd throw my 2 pennies worth in too. :D
1. Yes they can. However, the o-rings in the caps can swell and buckle from juices like lava juice. The o-rings are also flavor savers...so if you like a clean switch between flavors you may want to rinse, boil or soak your o-ring....or just replace it. Very rarely is it an issue.
2. Different strokes.... I prefer the VV now, so it's all I use....but I do miss the easy clean of a mechanical. I should set one up.
3. Yes...unscrew the bottle and screw a new one on. If you're concerned about flavor contamination, you'll want to at least blow the tube out and use a clean atty or carto.
4. I recently realized that since it's been so long since I've used atties, I'm probably not the best person to make suggestions.
5. We suggest lowering your nic level on your first bottle because most of us just sat down and vaped and vaped and vaped until we gave ourselves a headache. You don't need to lower it, just might be a good idea if you find yourself "hypervaping."
6. All my juices are, so yep...in fact, I prefer this particular delivery system...not just for the lack of leaks but also for the flavor.
7. Sounds like you're all set and got lots of great replies, but here's a couple extra things to take into consideration:
A) You are in the middle of a huge support team, not just a fan club.
B) Your device has a warranty.
C) If for some reason something isn't working and you can't troubleshoot it, Rob will. Repairs are top priority, so they are addressed right away, each day.

1. Can the bottles handle acidic juices?
Yes, I've been vaping Pluid in mine for about a week now.
2. I like VV, but notice some people don't; why?
VV can be a limitation if you want really high wattage. With an RBA you dial in your coil instead of you voltage, sounds more complicated than it is. Mechs are almost bulletproof, if something were to go wrong there are only a couple of things it can be.
3. I like different flavors through out the day. Are the bottles easy to change?
I prefer to pull the bottle and tube. I store bottles with a cutoff round toothpick in the tube as a cap.
4. If I push the button, please advise on some ATTYS for quick use, yes If I order, I'm still going to get the RBA.
When I used China attys I preferred 306’s, they are smaller and the vape is warmer because you are closer to the coil. LR for mech and SR for VV.
5. Why do some say I need lower NIC levels?
When you switch to RBAs they deliver juice/vape much more efficiently than China attys or the devices you mentioned. As a result, if you vape the same amount as before you'll get much more nicotine in your system. I went from 24mg to 12mg, I'm now at 18mg because I'm vaping a little less often. I used to have a mod in my mouth like a baby with a pacifier!
6. Do flavored juices taste good in it?
With RBAs you'll find out what your juice really tastes like. You'll get different results depending on your coil and wick. They'll probably all be better than what you're used to but when you find the perfect setup you'll be in vape heaven. It sounds daunting but it will probably become your new pastime because you'll no longer be sifting through the interwebs looking for the next great thing. You'll already have it.
7. Anything else to help me push the button!
If you don't like it, I'll swap you out with some of my gear that's gathering dust.
Need 10 after the quotes!
