I think that needs to be a Monday morning ritual. It's a great way to start the week off. If you could 5C, get in there about 6:45, to get me revved up the the Monday morning meeting <<< (the meeting)

I'm not usually online that early but I'm awake. I told my doc I wanted something for sleep but I said it couldn't be narcotic or anything like that so he give me Seroquel. I said those are for bi-polar people. He said ya but they're a good sleeper too. Well I'm still not right and it was Friday night that I took it. I slept for almost 2 days. Never do that again. Dang.
