I might try GoT again. I can see where it could get good. I just didn't feel like expending the energy to keep the characters straight.
My other problem is that Trav's watch-tvshows was not streaming for me today. Probably my computer's fault with my slow DSL connection. It might work better late at night. But it took me about 4 hours to watch WD, 25 seconds at a time.
It gets much easier with the characters after the first 2 episodes, definitely worth the effort. Though any show would be painful watching as you describe.
If you can make it
through season 1, as I said I've got season 2&3 on Vudu in full Blu-Ray quality hi def. However it can be scaled down to suit your connection speed and it will ask you to choose a lower quality if it's having trouble buffering.
All you need is a free vudu account of your own and I can share them (and all my other movies) with you.
However, I just borrowed my sister's copy of season 1 with the intention of getting it put up onto my vudu account as well. But I need to look into it regarding cost, not sure if they're going to charge by the season, disc, or episode. I thought I had it all planned out, with vudu being a Walmart company and all. I've got lots of room on my Walmart card. But it turns out (at least on the website) I can't setup my Walmart card as the payment source. Gonna try calling them.
Walking dead is great for the 1st couple seasons. But then you really have to drag yourself through some slow dry parts to get to the good stuff in a couple of the later seasons. Overall I'd say it's worth it, but it's not without a little effort.
