So...
It appears that the site has been going up and down over the past few days.
It's not staying down... just becoming "unfindable" for a few minutes.
IT IS NOT THE HOSTING COMPANY... IT IS NOT A SITE ERROR!
My hosting company is in Southcentral Pennsylvania... it's the weather affecting surrounding infrastructure. A route goes bad, and it takes a few moments for the new route discovery process to update all the happy little routers between you and the site.
If you get a "cannot find page" error, all I can suggest is to keep hitting refresh every few moments until the new route gets propagated.
(most of this is conjecture based on what I know about i-net traffic)
