Hello all. I missed the flavor games for the first time in a long time.....I like the flavor games . The stomach sickness of whatever this ailment is intensified today so I haven't been up and about much. I do believe it is getting some better .Well everyone have a good night , I'm going to try and get some fluids in me and lay back down .

OMG. I set my alarm clock to wake me after 4 hours of sleep and was really worried because my calendar alerts weren't working for my dentist appointment at 3. Tomorrow. I was positive today was Monday.

small woo hoo... Penn State won the ncaa wrestling championship for 4th time in a row with both Taylor and Ruth winning. Ruth for 3rd time in a row and think was 2nd for Taylor. Both plan on being in the 2016 Olympics.
