I liked Season 1. But I made the mistake of rewatching the original, British version on Amazon Prime before watching this one. And the remake doesn't compare. They only had 4 episodes to do it in and it was tighter and crisper and, as much as I adore Kevin Spacey, Ian Richardson was smoother and eviler.

I might have to buy the sequel to that one, "To Play the King."
