Morning Clowder!

This vid was trending on youtube / twitter last night. It's for guys who have trouble sitting through an entire piece of classical music.

Kind of reminded me of how you mash up an aspirin in applesauce to get a kid to take it. The music would be the aspirin and the video would be the man's apple sauce. :laugh:

What would a visit to my Dad be without my posting a PC question for you to help me with?

My Dad's computer has developed a dislike for repeating itself. None of the keys work twice in a row -- not the letters, the backspace, the delete key, arrows or enter. This makes for very unusual typing (especially when a word has a double letter -- I've gone back and added the second ones so far.)

I've already gone to "keyboard" on the control panel. I've made sure the software was up-to-date, tried changing the repeat delay and rate, and clicked to change the keyboard settings (at which point I am informed that there is no supported device.)

It's a fairly basic MS wired keyboard. Any suggestions?

ETA: HELP NOT NEEDED. He had managed to turn on the "filter keys" function.

Just a reminder...

Price Increase next week (01-May)

Orders "Shutdown" 06-May through 19-May. You can order during this period, but no action will be taken on our part until after the 19th. If you need juice during that time, GET YOUR ORDER IN BEFORE THE 6TH!!!!!

Lab Shutdown 08-May through 18-May. All orders entered before the 6th will be processed and shipped. Orders entered after the 6th will start getting processed on the 18th or 19th.

Shipping Shutdown 09-May. If it hasn't shipped by 09-May, it won't ship until around the 18th. Yes, we do have the 10th as a buffer, but we're most likely to pack up the shipping area after shipping on the 9th.

It's official, I'm addicted. I have no control. I don't need to make my car payment this month, I'll take the bus and happily vape caramel cappuccino cheesecake and cherry champagne.

Yet another order on the way ... gotta try those flavors before the prices go up, right? Yeah, that's what I said too. I am now waiting for 3 deej orders to arrive. lol Usually I can control myself until one gets here before ordering more, but as previously stated, I'm absolutely hopelessly addicted.

TravTech - we share many ailments. I too have spinal stenosis (due to a degenerative disease) and diabetes. (and a few dozen other things that keep me from far too many activities these days.) I hope yours is a mild case and you are able to get the diabetes under control. I've found that when I keep my A1C's in check, I don't suffer the horrid side effects the can accompany the disease. With all the alternatives to sugar these days, it's much easier than when I was a kid. Sugar free doesn't mean "gross" anymore. And I get to vape all the things I can't eat! Hang in there man, and if you ever need to commiserate, feel free to pm me.

Actually diabetes is one of the things I don't have. LOL

Though it's surprising I don't, considering my weight. It's one of the first things the doc tested for. He and some others just assume that I do. Funny thing is, he forgot to tell me to fast before my blood test. But it still came back normal even though I ate breakfast. Oddly, considering my diet, I also have pretty low cholesterol, much better than most.

Oh, you said your thyroid problem, not diabetes (my bad, I have both!) I can relate to that too! I'm just a mess. haha

And my cholesterol is really low! w00t! see, you can always find something good in there

Particularly at around 5 PM, right? I hear the traffic in Atlanta at that time of day is almost as light as it is around San Francisco.
