I couldn't figure out the guy's accent. I finally decided that it was supposed to be Boston. I looked it up. The actor is English and the movie takes place in Brooklyn. Not even close.

My suggestion wouldn't work as Deej would have a paper trail showing the person knew there was nicotine in it. He'd be in some trouble for falsifying the info but he wouldn't get framed for the murder.

Actually, I just posted something similar to yours in Witch's thread. They'd only need 0.1mg to prove that there is nic in nic-free liquids (and they could add a drop or two at home.) But if they could get several vendors to falsify the labels, it would help their cause in courts.


ETA: Yes, talking about politicians and antz does induce paranoia (and cynicism.)

(i wonder if Sonic or Classy know of other instances where someone requested a vendor label nicotine-containing liquid as 0mg...that could provide info as to whether it was someone just trying to fool a spouse or parent, or a more insidious set-up by an anti-vaping group)
