To the casual readers of this thread, let me assure you that Deej is one of a kind!! His kindness and proximateness are out of this world!
Please, don't give too much attention to our teasing around, it is in order not to start attacking USPS or our local post offices!!
It's them to blame, not our poor fire kitty who was, is and will always be helpful and caring!
There is no chance he will stay uninvolved in such matters.
You can take my word on that!!

I can second this. His customer service is second to none in my experience.

On the Cherry Blossom question:

The internal construction of the standard Stainless DCC from Smok Tech is the same as the internal construction of the tank Core DCC, also from Smok Tech. It's that construction I was referring to, not the fact that they both have a metal outer wall... :)

I want to reiterate that I've had no problem with the Cherry Blossom in either a stainless DCC or a tank Core. I've only had problem (and have received reports of) with the Cherry Blossom (and other triacetin-bearing liquids) attacking the clear outer wall of a clear DCC.

(all references to cartos in this post refer to cartos provided by Smok Tech.)

You should cross more appendages more inappropriately. :( Maybe it's because MG wasn't crossing appendages... I should have asked this morning!

What?
and
What appendages?

My logic was that perhaps you're really the good luck :)

Maybe this will be a my lucky Friday, instead of the other 4 days of the week.

In that case, MG, will you please, please cross your appendages for me, too? I can really use some good luck as to deliveries!! :)

Just got home from work...
Are we referring to my "luck" surviving my  Friday the 13th incident?

Sorry, luck had nothing to do with it!
No crossed appendages!
God above was watching out for me!
For which I am truly thankful!
:nun:

I hope you all get your packages today!
I know from personal experience how good it is to get your

Deej.

I am using your Cherry Blossom in a glass tank with a Smoktech DCT carto. The carto keeps flooding. Is there something in the juice that can damage the insides of a carto, as well as plastic? I have never had this happen before. I can only surmise the juice is attacking something in the carto itself.

Some cartos, for whatever reason, just won't seal properly in a tank. I know you've had 2 cartos with the Cherry Blossom do the same thing, but if I was a betting man, I'd have some money on the inside of your cartos being fine.

Some flavors of juice have ingredients that are well-know to cause cracking in polycarbonate tank walls;
however, they do not effect the silicone or the inside of regular cartomizers.

I can see where a punched carto from the factory may have been damaged by the punching of the hole.
Once I got a box of 5 cartos (of a well-known name brand) that were defective.
When after speaking with the supplier, I sent them back to be inspected, they were found to be defective from the factory
and I was promptly given an apology for the inconvenience as well as refund.

Good morning Deej and clowder!

I haven't tried cherry blossom...but wonder of the flooding is more due to an incomplete seal in the tank, or holes in the carto being too big.
CES...

That's what I was thinking!

Jackbox...

I think I would try to blow the excess out of the carto and then immediately try it.
If it works for a second, the hole in the carto is too big.
or
there may have been damage to the carto atomizer or center straw when the hole was punched

There is no way that it is the juice doing damage!

Did you enlarge the hole, or make it your-self?
My money is on the hole is too large.
Those DCT cartos that are pre-punched are pre-punched with tiny holes.
They work well with the tiny holes (unless you are using all VG, maybe).

Okay, guys...

To the casual reader of this thread, it seems I'm unconcerned about your missing deliveries... this is not the case.

I've tried to find out where they are, but to no avail.

Please give me a day or two to get a resolution enacted.

Thanks!

Deej,

I can tell you and everyone else our Postal Service is a wreck. And I don't mean that like we always attack the P.O. They are really a wreck right now due to closings and relocating/merging processing centers. I can only imagine how bad going out of the states.

It's a small miracle if you can track any progress. Or lack of.

Hey fellow Clowders...

While we are on the subject of tanks I wanted to share this:

I was thinking about the fact that I have heard you should fill your carto before inserting it into your tank.
Of course, I had to be different...:?: so,
:nah: I thought about the silicone pin that comes in the bottom of some of my cartos, the loose one that is separate from the condom and resembles a tack.
I put my carto through the tank bottom-cap that was already in my tank, leaving the tank top-cap off.
I put the tack-like silicone pin into the top of the center-straw of my carto, dripped e-liquid in to fill it up, and finished filling my tank.
I put the tank top-cap over the carto, pulled the pin out by gently lifting it out with a paper-clip, inserted my drip-tip and was ready to vape.
This works well for me, better than trying to fill my tank carto up outside of the tank, with the bottom punched-hole in the carto-casing.
No wasted e-liquid and no mess from the e-liquid coming out of the bottom punched-hole of the carto-casing because it went into my tank and not into the center-straw and everywhere else.

First, thank you everyone who backed up my claim to good customer service. I truly do appreciate it!

And Skydragon... yeah, I know... the PO shake-up has been impacting me greatly.

Still in all, if you're expecting a package from me and it doesn't arrive when you think it should, who's the first person you go to?

Look... I want to know if something's gone wrong and you've not received your deejStuff! I want to fix it! My whole point to my post was that somebody skimming this thread because they were pointed over here is going to notice a couple pages containing "where's my package?" posts and come away with a less than stellar impression. :)

I just needed to speak up and say I am trying to take care of things, and that you're not being tossed under the bus!

I have yet to use the phrase, "Sorry, not my fault.", and I pray I never do resort to saying that. Even if it's not my fault, I still want to step up and take responsibility for fixing it!

Uh, deej. My package arrived and, after opening it, I accidentally dropped it over the side of my terrace. I live on the 13th floor and all the bottles went splat. Anything you can do about sturdier bottles?

They are leaking from the center, not around the outside of the carto. They are prepunched cartos made for tanks, so they should be able to handle it no problem. I use them all the time. Never had a problem before this one particular juice.

One of my DeejStuff orders arrived today! There was much rejoycing.

Ooh... I vaped Cherry Blossom tonight, too! It's a surprising flavour. While I expected it to be delicious, it was far more playful and complex than I could have anticipated.

Haven't had a problem with it in my ego-t. Thank goodness! This one is a nice treat to interject between tanks of Rose Candy. And Honeysuckle. And Jasmine.
