Honestly, I had woken up about 2 hours earlier. After about 4-5 hours of sleep.

This is why I tend to take long naps in the afternoon, after making my run to the P.O.

I need to break this cycle... there's just so much to do!

Has anybody heard of a Dr. Jack R. Prescott, M.D.? He's apparently a psychiatrist in PA conducting seminars introducing smokers to PVs. I wanted to check up on his bona fides, as he's asked if I'd like to submit samples for use in his seminars.

I don't seem to find him mentioned anywhere on ECF (but that could be bad search terms). Not much luck on google, either.
